No-Bake Choco Yema Cake



If you dont have oven in your home or else your oven is broken and you wanted to make a cake
this is perfect for you to do as of now and it is easy to prepare.





HOW TO MAKE NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE YEMA CAKE




Prepare the Ingredients :

1/2 cup butter

1 cup white sugar

1 cup full cream milk

2 tablespoons water

1 cup flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup condensed milk

2 egg yolks

1 pinch salt


How to bake..
just kidding!

Cooking procedure:

In a small saucepan, mix the butter, sugar, milk, and water until melted.

 Set aside and let cool to room temperature.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder.

 Mix this into the butter mixture until just combined.

Pour the batter into a 7-inch cake pan and cover with foil. Steam for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

To make the yema frosting:

 stir the condensed milk and egg yolks in a small saucepan over low heat until thick.

Let cool to room temperature before using.

To assemble: Spread the yema frosting over the cake. Serve at room temperature.

Coffee Crunch Ice Cream





I am not into cofee but maybe you migth interested knowing that you can maake an cofee icecream in your home.

To make a coffee crunch ice cream
we need to have some ingredients


Here are the ingredients

1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cold

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

2 cups heavy cream

3/4 cup mini chocolate chips



Lets  do this :

Combine the condensed milk and coffee in a small bowl.

Whisk until smooth.

 Add the heavy cream to a large bowl.

 Using an electric mixer set to medium speed, beat until stiff peaks form.

 Turn the speed to low and slowly pour in the condensed milk and coffee mixture. 

Turn the speed back up to medium and beat until thickened.

Using a silicone spatula, gently fold in the chocolate chips.

Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 6 hours.
